ST JOHN’S WORT

Hypericum perforatum, known as St. John’s wort, is a flowering plant in the family Hypericaceae and the type species of the genus Hypericum.  John’s wort may help those who suffer from mild-to-moderate depression symptoms. Some people with those symptoms may also have anxiety. St. John’s wort may reduce anxiety when a person takes it.
